Thank you for choosing the LION® V5 Adjustable Dumbbells from LionInside. Please read these instructions carefully to make the most of your new dumbbells and extend their lifespan.

Usage Tips

1. Preparation

   • Ensure the dumbbells are set to the correct weight before starting your workout.
   • Check that the weights are securely in place.
   • Use the dumbbells only on a flat and stable surface.
     
     

2. Training

   • Use the dumbbells solely for home strength training and fitness exercises.
   • This product is intended for private use and is not suitable for commercial applications, such as in gyms.
     
     

3. Maintenance

   • Wipe the handles and weights with a dry or slightly damp cloth after use to remove sweat and dust.
   • Store the dumbbells in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture, to prevent corrosion.

4. Fall Hazard

   • Do not drop or throw the dumbbells after a workout set. This can cause damage to the product, the surface, and possibly cause injury.

Safety Warnings

• Do not use the dumbbells if you have physical limitations or health issues without first consulting a doctor.
• Do not allow children to play with the dumbbells.
• Regularly check the product for wear or damage. Do not use it if defects are visible.

Warranty and Limited Liability

Warranty Period:
The LION® V5 Adjustable Dumbbells come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects.

What is covered by the warranty?

• Defects caused by normal use (see user manual). 
• Errors in construction or materials.

What is not covered by the warranty?

• Damage due to improper use, such as dropping or exposure to moisture.
• Rough use: overloading, forcing the adjustment mechanisms without following instructions, or using the dumbbells for unintended activities (such as push-ups) can lead to part damage and are considered rough use.
• Use in commercial environments, such as gyms.

For a warranty claim, you can contact our customer service via info@lioninside.nl. Make sure to include the proof of purchase and photos of the defect. We will assess your request as soon as possible and offer a suitable solution.
