Refund Policy
Return an item
Is the product not quite what you expected after all? Then you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt. You are on time if you ship the product within this period.
We kindly ask you to send an email in advance to klantenservice@lioninside.nl with the Track & Trace code, so that we can track and process your return shipment.
Conditions for returns
To qualify for a full refund, the product must be complete, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
You may inspect the product as you would in a store. Use beyond this, such as intensive use or training, may lead to a reduction in value.
Products with damage or clear signs of use can no longer be sold by us as new. In that case, we may apply a partial refund or return the product to you. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal is excluded for products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
Return costs
The costs of returning the product are borne by the buyer.
Refund
The processing of your return takes up to 3 working days after receipt in our warehouse.
The refund depends on the payment method and takes up to 5 working days. In some cases, this may take a little longer.
