Switch in seconds, not minutes
The adjustment mechanism works with a sliding knob on the side. Adjust the knob on both sides and the next weight is instantly in your hand. From warm-up to working set, from bicep curl to shoulder press — without messing around with loose plates, without having to interrupt your session. Tempo stays tempo.
Increments that match real training
Switch as standard in 5 kg increments, from 7.5 to 60 kg. Want finer control over your progress — a slight overload on your working set, or a mini jump between sessions — then add the included 1.25 kg plates for a finer 2.5 kg increment. That way, you do not train in coarse jumps, but exactly at the level you can handle today. That is the control heavy lifters are looking for.
