Thank you for choosing the LION® V5 Adjustable Dumbbells from LIONINSIDE®. Our products are designed for intensive home use, with high-quality materials and an innovative design. Please read the guidelines below carefully for safe and long-lasting use of your dumbbells.
Usage Tips
Preparation
• The dumbbells are delivered ready to use. You do not need to assemble anything to start immediately.
• Please note: there is a difference between the outer plates and inner plates.
• If you do not remove the dumbbells intact from the packaging and parts come loose, always read the included instructions carefully before reassembling.
• Always set the correct weight before starting your workout.
• Check that the weights are properly and securely locked.
• Use the dumbbells only on a stable, flat surface.
Training
• The dumbbells are intended for private home use only.
• Not suitable for commercial use (e.g. gyms or rental).
• Use the dumbbells only for fitness exercises for which they are designed.
Maintenance
• Clean the handles and weights after use with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
• Store the dumbbells in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Avoid corrosion and wear by not placing the dumbbells in damp environments.
Risk of Dropping
• Never drop or throw the dumbbells. This causes damage to the product and floor, and may lead to injury.
Safety Warnings
• Consult a doctor first if you have health complaints or physical limitations.
• Not suitable as a toy; never let children play with the dumbbells.
• Check the product regularly for wear or damage. Do not use the dumbbells if defects are visible.
Warranty & Limited Liability
3-year manufacturer's warranty
The LION® V5 Adjustable Dumbbells are the only adjustable dumbbells on the market with an official 3-year manufacturer's warranty.
The warranty applies exclusively to the following variants:

• LIONINSIDE® x TITANSILVER™ V5 PRIME Series™ 32.5 KG
• LIONINSIDE® x TITANSILVER™ V5 PRIME Series™ 41.5 KG
• LIONINSIDE® x BLACKVALOR™ V5 PRIME Series™ 23.5 KG
• LIONINSIDE® x BLACKVALOR™ V5 PRIME Series™ 32.5 KG
• LIONINSIDE® x BLACKVALOR™ V5 PRIME Series™ 41.5 KG
The warranty starts on the date of purchase and covers:
• manufacturing defects
• material defects under normal use
What is not covered by the warranty?
• Damage caused by improper use (dropping, throwing, moisture, improper load).
• Rough use, such as forcing the adjustment mechanism, or performing exercises for which the product is not intended (e.g. push-ups or punching).
• Damage caused by use in commercial or public environments.
Additional service in case of improper use
Although damage caused by improper use is not covered by the warranty, we offer additional service:
• You will receive one replacement handle free of charge on a one-time basis should it become defective due to improper use.
• If a second handle or another part becomes defective due to improper use, it can be purchased via our spare parts section on the website.
Warranty procedure
• Contact us via klantenservice@lioninside.nl.
• Include proof of purchase and clear photos of the defect.
• We will assess your request within a few working days and provide an appropriate solution.
